'Society Of United Life Sciences' - SOULS was a concept of philanthropic students who aspired for research and basic dream was to create a better world. In 1999-2000, Students of similar motive in kerala 'gathered' and formed a club, 'jeeva'. The group kept on processing their dreams and lots of hurdles kept on hindering them, financial support was the main bug.

Later, in 2002 few of jeeva members along with some other interested students/lecturers under leadership of Mr. Sujith Subash E, Mrs. Sabna Aboobacker, Mr. Abhilash R Nair, Mr. Mohd. Shafi Aboobacker, Ms. Leena Narayanan, Ms. A.R. Jayalakshmi, Mr. Dilip Joy T. and Ms. Soumya P.T. remoulded the club to Society Of United Lifescience Students. With course of time the net expanded and now it stands as 'Society Of United Life Sciences' or 'SOULS'. Now the Society is managed by ‘Central Dogma’ , supported by subsidiary divisions.
